Bryan Schwartzman

Bryan Schwartzman is the assistant director for media and development communications at Reconstructing Judaism.He is also the host of the podcast, Evolve: Groundbreaking Jewish Conversations. An award-winning journalist, Schwartzman spent a decade reporting for the Philadelphia Jewish Exponent and has written for a variety of Jewish publications, including The Forward and The Jerusalem Post. Before that, he covered the human diversity found in his home borough of Queens, N.Y. His fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize. A native New Yorker, Schwartzman earned his master’s degree in modern Jewish studies at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in New York. He and his family live in suburban Philadelphia.
