Dr. Ilan Peleg

Dr. Ilan Peleg is the Charles A. Dana Professor of Government and Law at Lafayette College, He taught for 20 years at the Reconstuctionist Rabbinical College. He is the author or editor of 16 books, including Democratizing the Hegemonic State (Cambridge, 2007) and Israel’s Palestinians: The Conflict Within (Cambridge, 2011), and a frequent speaker on Middle East issues. He is in the process of completing a book on Israel’s current democratic crisis.
