Professor Yofi Tirosh

Yofi Tirosh is an associate professor at Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law, a senior research fellow at the Hartman Institute and a nationally recognized civil-rights activist. She is the author ofโ€ฏConsent, Multiculturalism and Exit: A Contemporary Critique of Religious Accommodation and the Right to Sex Equality;โ€ฏPolitical Theologyโ€ฏ(published online on April 3, 2024); andโ€ฏDiminishing Constitutional Law: The First Three Decades of Womenโ€™s Exclusion Adjudication in Israel, 18 International Journal of Constitutional Law (ICON) 821 (2021).ย  Her book Separate and Unequal: Gender Segregation in Israel (Hebrew: Hufradnu Kakh: Moreh Nevokhim Le-Hafrada Migdarit) was recently published by the Berl Katznelson Center.ย
