THE MAKING OF GAY AND LESBIAN RABBIS IN RECONSTRUCTIONIST JUDAISM, 1979–1992
One Response
Rabbi Staub:
Very good thank you. It was a bit difficult for me because I kept getting distracted by my own thoughts. Newly ordained Rabbi Rosalind Gold (now retired) guided my conversion process. Though reformed, she recommended as traditional as possible in the Mikva, including male only witnesses. Her name does not even appear on my certificate. Back to the article: it makes me wonder why not bisexual, bigamy, or even a single person who prefers friends with benefits over marriage.? Unnatural?
